Insomnia spoils relationships with colleagues

Researchers at the British Mental Health Foundation conducted an online survey that concluded that people with insomnia or troubled sleep have problems with their colleagues at work and in dealing with people.

In this survey, the researcher was attended by more than 6.8 thousand people of different sexes. Having studied these data in detail, scientists came to the conclusion that people who sleep poorly suffer from a decrease in concentration 3 times more often than people with normal sleep. In addition, their relationships with people are 4 times problematic.

Researchers strongly recommend that you get enough sleep, and those who suffer from insomnia try to cure it, as this will lead not only to problems at work, but also health problems. As you know, insomnia contributes to a number of diseases.
