Due to lack of sleep, the young body has serious consequences. So, experts note that insomnia can cause daytime fatigue, irritability, inattention, poor memory and depression.
Specialists urge parents to pay special attention to this problem and its seriousness. They advise children to set a special time for study, for games and relaxation. Scientists also note that for a two-year-old child, normal sleep should last from about 11 to 14 hours, for preschool children from 10 to 13 hours, and for adolescents 9-11 hours is enough.
